The ritual that helped me rediscover confidence (and my personal style).

Let me take you back to a chapter of my life that, if I’m honest, didn’t feel all that stylish.

I was struggling with my health, my energy, and, frankly, my confidence. I didn’t feel great in my skin — and my clothes reflected that. I hid in oversized layers. I stuck to the same “safe” outfits on repeat, not because I loved them, but because they were easy. I convinced myself a uniform was efficient. But the truth?

It was a disguise.
One that made me feel small, stuck, and uninspired.

I didn’t feel beautiful. I didn’t feel put together. And while style isn’t everything — the way we show up in the world impacts how we feel in it. And I was shrinking.

That’s when I started my Sunday Reset — not for social media, not because it was trendy — but out of necessity. I needed to bring a little bit of joy back into my week. So I turned to what I could control: my wardrobe.
