Decoding Your Body Type

Understanding your body type is the foundation of styling yourself with confidence. One of the easiest ways to simplify how you get ready and elevate your confidence is by investing in styles that fit and flatter your body shape.

But let’s be clear—fit and flatter does NOT mean minimizing yourself. The goal here is to align your wardrobe choices with your natural shape, so you feel your best. While staple pieces should complement your proportions, fashion is about fun and self-expression. So, if a bold, funky piece makes you feel great, there’s always room for statement pieces in your wardrobe!
