The Problem With Capsule Wardrobes
For years, I was drawn to the idea of a capsule wardrobe. It seemed like the answer to effortless dressing: a curated, foolproof collection of pieces that made every outfit decision easy. I didn’t want to constantly debate what to buy or how to wear it—I just wanted it to be easier.
And sometimes, it was.
But as I (and so many others) examined capsule wardrobes more closely, I realized something: capsules often come with a rigid set of rules that can feel more limiting than liberating. Instead of making our lives easier, they sometimes force us into a box that doesn’t reflect how we actually dress or live.
That’s why I shifted my focus. And I invite you to do the same.
What is an Everything Wardrobe?
An Everything Wardrobe is just that—a wardrobe designed for every aspect of your life. It ensures you always have something to wear, no matter the occasion. It’s about versatility without restriction, intentionality without rigidity.
Instead of a set list of “must-have” pieces, an Everything Wardrobe is built around you—your style, your body, your lifestyle.
