Sweater season is here. And 52% of you said your vibes for fall were “warm & cozy.”
For what it’s worth I am here for it too!
As fall and winter get into full swing, each year, my clients report that sweater season gets boring and they quickly enter a style rut. So, I am determined to help you all avoid that this year.
To kick us off, we are going to dive into 3 styling tips to consider when both shopping for your cozy, warm essentials, and building your outfits.
Let’s get into it:
1) Statement Staples: you need to have a pieces that are still staples, meaning they mix & match well with pieces you have… but also make a statement.
Might feel contradictory, but it truly isn’t. Think of patterns, colors, structure — weave them in with a fanny pack, jacket, tee, sneaker. Staples don’t have to be boring or basic!
2) Accessorize: anything thrown on will look thrown on. So style it with accessories. Have your go to combos. Maybe it’s a hat, fanny (an elevated one though), neck stack for school pick up/errands and then sunnies, neck stack, & big tote for brunch.
3) Monochromatic: when in doubt, go monochromatic. Monochromatic is the fastest trick in the book to elevate those casual, cozy fabrics & sets. Screams to put together and easily pairs with any overcoat when you are heading out the door.
